  • Overseeing stock levels

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Greeting and advising customers

  • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
  • Keeping statistical and financial records
  • Assessing and improving profitability
  • Handling administration and paperwork, setting targets, agreeing and managing budgets, taking reservations
