Job Description

Managing daily workflow by assigning tasks and setting clear expectations.
Team orientated approach for assisting Project management leaders and supporting NOC, CM, PM, Fiber, DG, Transmission - MW or IPRAN, DWDM, RAN, SMPS, Solar, NEA , Inventory, & other scope related to Managed service scope.
KPI related activities including AWP signing, PO , PR and able to address issues raised from any stack holder.
Supervise and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Schedule and assign work orders, optimizing resource allocation.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
Ensure timely resolution of network outages and technical issues.
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and maintain field inventory and equipment.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to field operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Generate and analyze field operations reports.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment inventory, and other relevant information.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
