Job Description

  • Managing daily workflow by assigning tasks and setting clear expectations. 
  • Team orientated approach for assisting  Project management leaders and supporting NOC, CM, PM, Fiber, DG, Transmission - MW or IPRAN, DWDM, RAN, SMPS, Solar, NEA , Inventory, & other scope related to Managed service scope.
  • KPI related activities including AWP signing, PO , PR and able to address issues raised from any stack holder.
  • Supervise and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring efficient and effective performance. 
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members. 
  • Schedule and assign work orders, optimizing resource allocation. 
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely resolution of network outages and technical issues. 
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Manage and maintain field inventory and equipment. 
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to field operations. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate and analyze field operations reports. 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment inventory, and other relevant information. 
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
