Keep track of construction equipment's, plants and machinery
Maintain fixed asset and insurance records of vehicles
Keep track of equipment rentals, operations and maintenance
keep track of periodic maintenance of equipment's
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for vehicles and construction equipment's
Ensure Fixed Assets Register are updated with acquisitions, disposals and transfers
Maintain a database for all insurance and asset activity and compile MIS reports
Ensure that asset descriptions are proper and complete and categorized
Keep a complete audit trail of all insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
Preparations of monthly MIS reports
Adhere to the FA policies and processes
Continuously educate employees regarding the controlling and safeguarding of assets.
