• Job Title: Finished Goods Store Officer- CG Beverage
• Location: Hetauda, Lothar
• Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse
• Reports To: Supply Chain Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory, ensuring stock levels align with demand and production schedules.
• Storage & Handling: Ensure proper storage of finished goods following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods to maintain product quality.
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to distributors and retail channels.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies with production and sales teams.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, warehouse hygiene, and regulatory compliance for beverage storage.
• System Updates: Maintain records in ERP/SAP or warehouse management systems for tracking inventory movements.
• Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in FMCG/Beverage industries.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
