Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the culinary arts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
  • Create specialized menus and ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Train and manage a team of experienced chefs and servers
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and ensure all guests have an unforgettable dining experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
