Job Description

  • Ensure proper filing system of financial documents offline and online
  • Manage Inventory and record keeping of the organization
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and keep everyone updated to organizational policies
  • Coordinating and synthesizing financial management data to interpret the composite financial results of operation
  • Report to Project Manager, Executive Director and Chairperson
  • Provide overall financial management and administrative support
  • Process daily financial transaction, ensure data entry, book keeping
  • Provide strategic direction and vision of all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, reporting structure and operation controls.
  • Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating program accomplishments and reporting upon them in financial terms on regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Take control of financial records and documentation
  • Advising on the current financial policies, procedures and plans
