Roles and responsibilities of this job

This role supports LP fundraising and investor communications while assisting with hydropower investment analysis. The Analyst will help present the fund clearly and professionally to investors, keep fundraising organized, and support diligence and portfolio tracking.

We are looking for someone highly organized, strong in writing and communication, and comfortable working across finance, projects, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Support (Primary)

Prepare and update fund pitch decks, teasers, and data room materials.
Draft LP communications (follow-ups, quarterly updates, summaries).
Track investor outreach, meetings, questions, and next steps.
Help explain projects and risks in clear, simple, investor-ready language.

Investment & Project Support (Secondary)

Build and update basic project finance models with guidance.
Assist with investment memos and summaries.
Support diligence on PPAs, permits, construction progress, and financing.
Track portfolio performance and key milestones.

Research & Organization

Research Nepal’s power sector, regulation, and market developments.
Maintain clean, well-organized files, trackers, and documentation.
Coordinate with advisors, developers, and lenders as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
1–4 years of experience in finance, infrastructure, consulting, banking, or investment support.
Strong written and verbal communication (English required).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Comfortable working with Excel, presentations, and documents.
Interest in infrastructure, energy, and long-term investing.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Exposure to project finance or infrastructure.
Experience preparing investor or client materials.
Familiarity with Nepal’s power or infrastructure sector.
