Job Description

Department: Finance
Reporting Line: Sr. Manager Financial controlling and reporting

Main Responsibilities:

MIS and monthly account closure:

Coordinate and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Assist in presenting the financial data to the Management
Reporting of the monthly and quarterly accounts in Hyperion system (Carlsberg Reporting platform)
Prepare variance analysis report of various company cost centers
Facilitate other departments with required data and information
Facilitate the preparation of budgets and estimates and its data upload in Hyperion

Support to Company risks management:

Coordinate for Staff medical and accidental insurance renewal procedure
Initiate the insurance renewal process as and when required
Facilitate the staff’s medical and accidental claim and its timely follow up
Facilitate Vehicle, property and marine claims ensuring its timely settlement
