  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
  • Fluency in written and vocal English language

Job Description

  • Raise invoice from the Billing system and keep proper records of them.
  • Maintain the hard copies of the invoices in systematic order.
  • Arrange for delivery of the invoices to the clients and record & mark acknowledge of the delivery/receipts.
  • Report to the senior on daily basis regarding the invoices raised during the day.
  • Record properly the reason for any cancellation of the invoices and raise credit notes.
  • Reconcile the Sales in Tally & Billing System and the Daily Reports
  • Any other Task as assigned by Seniors/Team Lead/HOD
