SNV Nepal is looking to hire a Finance Specialist for their proposed Agri Business Innovation Centre.

The financial advisor whose role will be to support the agro-processing entrepreneurs with understanding the key cost and profit drivers of their businesses, managing their cash flow, financially structuring their companies for growth, assessing alternative financing options, and preparing proper financial statements. Key requirements for this position include: 

• A Masters Degree in business, finance or accounting 
• Minimum ten years of experience managing the finances of an SME, advising SMEs on their finances, or investing in SMEs. 
• Demonstrated understanding of financially structuring SMEs for growth
