White Tiger Holidays is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as a Finance Officer. The Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role also includes leading and managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
Prepare and submit financial reports to management in a timely manner.
Assist in payroll processing and related financial activities.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Experience working with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Nepalese tax laws, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements.
