Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Enchanted Yatra. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting practices, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare vouchers, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills, salaries, and statutory obligations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support management with financial analysis and recommendations.
