Job Description

1. Forecasting and budget management

  • Create annual forecasting and budget management for the organization as well as projects.
  • Implement financial policies of the organization.

2. Financial accounting and administration

  • Manage full life cycle of payment processing, ensure proper record- keeping, maintain monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and confidentiality of data.
  • Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions.

3. Financial Reporting

  • Create and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Board.
  • Monitor approved budgets vs expenditures.

4. Financial procedures, audit and tax compliance

  • Ensure tax exemption and other benefits are utilized and necessary taxes are paid.
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by other parties.
  • Support internal audit processes.
  • Maintain proper filing system of all financial documents retrieving efficiently for internal review, audit and other purposes.

5. HR & payroll administration

  • Manage the procedures, payments and documentations for staff and consultants.
  • Check and ensure attendance, payments and other necessary supporting documents required for settlement.
