Caritas Nepal, a leading national NGO, invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for Caritas Nepal Field Office, Tansen, Palpa. The contract will be for 31st July 2023 with possibility of further extension.

Designation:  Admin and Finance Officer (Only Female Candidate)
Location: Field Office, Tansen, Palpa
Reports to: Program Coordinator 

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Management /Finance/Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years past experience in NGO/INGO sector
• Excellent communicating and report writing skills in English and Nepali.
• Should be familiar with any Financial Software
• Should be able to work with programme team to orient staff on financial issues, undertake financial review, and to prepare project budget and financial reports.  
• Has taken orientation / training on financial management and has supported / facilitated internal and external audit process. 
• Two wheeler driving licence will add an advantage.
• Local residence will be given more preference.
• Skill of computer application word, excel, power point etc. 
• Experience in representation and interaction with donors, government officials.
• Must be comfortable in being a pro-active member of the senior management team.
• Must be a professional who seeks to identify and communicate potential problems and alternative options.
