Reports To: Manager, Finance 
Duty Station: Kathmandu

• Responsible for assisting the supervisor for maintaining overall accounting functions within the finance department
• Ensuring compliance of regulatory and other applicable laws & requirements
• Assisting in preparation of management reports as per requirement
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including listening and learning
• Perform special assignments as directed by the Supervisor and HOD and provides support to special projects requested by local management when necessary
• Responsible for assisting the supervisor for maintaining overall control within the finance department
• Responsible for seeing that all activities are performed in accordance with MetLife policies and other applicable policies & procedures
• Regular reporting to the supervisor and HOD on various aspects of the finance department as assigned
