Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Scope of Role : Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.

Preparing daily reports and maintaining books of accounts
Prepare weekly payment statements and communicate with clients
Prepare deposit slips, payment slips and transfers
Process invoices and track bank deposits and payments
Record accounts payable and accounts receivables
Prepare payroll including salary, bonuses and allowances
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare any ad hoc reports
Calculate tax and other deductions
Create financial documents and its proper handling
Assist in financial audits
Undertake any other duties as directed

Skills and Qualification:

Proven work experience of minimum 1 year as an Account Officer or similar role,
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or ACCA,
Experience of preparing financial statements and budget variances,
Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures,
Knowledge of latest amendments in Tax Law,
Experience using financial software Tally,
Teamwork and good interpersonal abilities,
Meeting deadlines and time management skills,
Cash handling skills,
Strong ethics to manage confidential data
