  • Proven work experience of minimum 1 year as an Account Officer or similar role
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or ACCA
  • Experience of preparing financial statements and budget variances
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Knowledge of latest amendments in Tax Law
  • Experience using financial software Tally
  • Teamwork and good interpersonal abilities
  • Meeting deadlines and time management skills
  • Cash handling skills
  • Strong ethics to manage confidential data

Shift: Full Time
Salary: 25K – 30K (Based on experience) 

Job Description

Scope of Role : To implement company’s financial plan and keep up-to-date account records.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Preparing daily reports and maintaining books of accounts
  • Prepare weekly payment statements and communicate with clients
  • Prepare deposit slips, payment slips and transfers
  • Process invoices and track bank deposits and payments
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Prepare payroll including salary, bonuses and allowances
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare any ad hoc reports
  • Calculate tax and other deductions
  • Create financial documents and its proper handling
  • Assist in financial audits
  • Undertake any other duties as directed
