Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Prepare Projected Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Analyse raw material consumption and finished goods production reports from factory and analyse variance and ensure control.
Summarize stock reports and analyse variances
Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on monthly and quarterly basis.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Other

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Should be Semi-qualified Chartered accountant under ICAN or ICAI
Self-motivation and commitment
Proven working experience in Trading Company and manufacturing companies of Nepal will be required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
Preferred knowledge of accounting software (Swastik)
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
