Rural Community Development Centre ( RCDC ) Mugu is an Non profit making NGO , has serving in the remote community since 1998, invites application from qualified, committed and experienced individuals for the following position for Adapting to Climate-Induced Threats to Food Production and Food Security in the Karnali region of Nepal in Mugu district. The positions are initially for four-year program funded by UN World Food Program (WFP), possibility of extension and will be based in Mugu district. The candidates are required to meet the following qualification with demonstrated competencies in Social Mobilization, planning, management, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the project.

  • Should have completed Bachelor in Account or equivalent
  • Should have 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge in computers, Excel and accounting software

Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
