Job Description

Finance Manager represents the finance department and is responsible for financial planning, budgeting and analyzing financial reports to provide strategic suggestions to the top management
Responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial statements for the organization
Provides managements with financial analyses, development budgets, and accounting reports; analyzes financial feasibility for the most complex proposed projects; conducts market research to forecast trends and business conditions
Review the postings, payments, and revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis
Responsible for financial forecasting and risks analysis
Performs cash management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
Responsible for developing and managing financial systems and policies
Ensures compliance with taxation legislation
Handles all financial transactions for the organization
Serves as internal auditor for organization
Effectively manage the accounting team through respectful communication, clear expectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regular meetings, and appropriate performance management
Monitors and contains all property inventories to ensure proper levels without causing burdens on property cash flows
Approving all Travel Agent commissions and releasing payments after verification
Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required
Calculate and distribute wages and salaries
