Job Description

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to enhance profitability.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Communicate financial performance and strategies clearly to the CEO, Chairman, and Board of Directors.
  • Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as necessary.
