We are seeking a highly competent, analytical, and results-oriented Finance Manager to join Yuwarani Agro Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance. This role requires strategic financial leadership, sound judgment, and hands-on experience in managing finance operations, preferably within the agriculture, manufacturing, or animal feed industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, and variances against budgets and targets.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, including audits and filings.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance systems.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
Support senior management with financial insights, risk analysis, and decision-making support.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement teams to optimize costs and improve margins.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in agriculture, animal feed, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and cost control.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
