Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of our Feed and Laminate manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and compliance while providing strategic insights to support management decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of manufacturing finance, and the ability to lead and strengthen the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in feed and laminate product costing.
  • Monitor and control working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization to ensure financial stability.
  • Develop financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management systems.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize costs and resources.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team for better efficiency and performance.
