Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, analysis, compliance, and reporting functions. This role will be instrumental in managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting for sales, sales deductions, marketing, and administrative expenses.
Oversee the timely and accurate closing of accounts, ensuring consistent and reliable financial reporting.
Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) to provide actionable insights for performance optimization.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficient reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to review and settle trade schemes and marketing payouts.
Monitor and control capital expenditure, ensuring alignment with budget and organizational goals.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure sound financial practices.
Oversee cash flow management, optimize treasury functions, and nurture banking relationships.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for cost optimization.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings.
