Rupakot Resort is a luxury getaway nestled in the hills of Pokhara, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas and lakes. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and a serene experience to our guests. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and oversee all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic advice to the management.
Please make sure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support cost control initiatives and provide financial input on resort operations and business strategies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of financial management software and tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Familiarity with Nepali tax laws and hotel accounting practices is a strong advantage.
