  • Chartered Accountant or Master in Business Studies or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years plus experience in a related field preferably within the hospitality industry at senior management level.
  • Good knowledge of hotel/lodge and/or resort experience.
  • High level of customer service, leadership skills, high level of numeracy skills, discipline, organization, deadline-driven, and cost-control skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of required computer skills, excellent in MS Excel and Word and accounting software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English, Nepali, Hindi, and other languages will be an advantage.
  • The high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Job Description

  • Preparation of management reports, financial statements, and other financial-related reports and correspondence
  • Management of accounts receivable (i.e. distribution of statements, following up on outstanding invoices, processing remittances, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Preparation of information for and execution of monthly invoicing cycle and reconciliations
  • Manage tax-related matters i.e. VAT, Income Tax, etc.
  • Full management of all fixed assets of the company (asset register, depreciation, location, etc)
  • Manage all insurance-related matters (updates, claims, yearly revisions, etc)
  • The function of stock of the hotel alongside the procurement manager, F&B Manager, Accommodation Manager, and other department heads
  • Ensure smooth operations of all finance-related matters
