Job Description

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will contribute to maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent financial irregularities.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
  • Supervise finance department staff and provide guidance and support.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and address audit findings.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative with various departments and stakeholders to communicate financial information effectively.
