Job Description

To lead and manager the Accounts and Finance of the company to ensure compliance to system and ensuring work is up to date
Preparing financial statements, business plans, forecasting and budgets for management
Regularly undertaking audits, involving the examination of the organization’s accounts, analyzing risk, inspecting the organization’s current practices, investigating any financial irregularities and recommending improvements
Producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts along with required financial reports as and when required
Dealing with, and advising on tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax legislation & policies
Liaising with banks for reconciliation, interest revision, negotiating terms, documentation and any other required work
Oversee the company’s fiscal activity liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure prudent accounting practices in all group companies
Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks in coordination with leadership team and management
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Ledger Scrutiny, Monthly P & L Management and ensure Monthly Book Closure
Oversee and manage manufacturing cost control and analytics including export commercials and incentive accounting
