Job Location: BRP Group Office, Baluwatar

Job Description:

Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Plan for the execution of internal audit, statutory audit & legal audit.
Ensure monthly compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) & Social Security Fund (SSF).
Work on monthly book closing & reporting of financials to the investors.
Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Aid management to make financial decisions.
Review and process payments of the company.
Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
Maintain accounting system & financial system knowledge up to date.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of accounts & financial information.
Deal with company stakeholders such as clients, vendors, auditors, legal team, banks & so on.
