Job Description

The Financial Manager is responsible for:

Planning, organizing, managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel
Managing the accounting department
Forecasting budgets
Managing working capital including cash flows
Working with investments
Keeping and reporting accurate records of hotel accounts
Compliance with government regulations (like tax and NRB)
Conduct internal audit/external audit as required by BOD
HR Management mainly payroll
Ensure Night Audit Process are happening effectively
Ensure robust internal control system for hotel
Work as company secretary to BOD
Maintaining relationships with relevant banks and insurance companies and many other duties
