Job Description

The Financial Manager is responsible for: 

  • Planning, organizing, managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel
  • Managing the accounting department
  • Forecasting budgets
  • Managing working capital including cash flows
  • Working with investments
  • Keeping and reporting accurate records of hotel accounts
  • Compliance with government regulations (like tax and NRB)
  • Conduct internal audit/external audit as required by BOD
  • HR Management mainly payroll
  • Ensure Night Audit Process are happening effectively
  • Ensure robust internal control system for hotel
  • Work as company secretary to BOD
  • Maintaining relationships with relevant banks and insurance companies and many other duties
