Job Description

  • Responsible for the running of the overall finance department
  • Operating the financial transaction of the company, income, expense, tax, etc
  • Daily Cash Management, perform and monitor bank and cash Transactions
  • Account Updates in Tally and other accounting software
  • Debtor and Receivable Management
  • Collecting invoices, approving the same by supervisor, and pay for expenses
  • Cheque signing & deposit
  • Dealing with Vendors, Plan Payment schedules, and Vendor Reconciliation
  • TDS, Bank and Payment, and Reconciliations
  • Journal, Payment voucher
  • VAT/ TDS calculation & filing
  • VAT Submission
  • Organize and maintain all files and records of the transactions and update them when necessary
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
  • Assigning work to the juniors and monitoring their performance
  • Other duties as assigned by the management
