Job Description

Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Prepare Financial Progress Report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually).
Computation & filing of VAT, Excise/Income Tax Returns of the Company. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
Preparation of accurate financial statements/records & report accordingly Providing strategic recommendations to the Executive management team.
Manage Banking Portfolio and loan processing.
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
Support financial department in developing short and long term financial goals.
Preparation of Annual budgets and oversees in auditing.
Experience of Import L/C and its accounting.
Experience of Tax assessment
Experience of crises and credit management
Experience in Construction/Real-estate/Trading.
Ensure development and implementation of effective receivable management. Should chase bank personnel for the L/C/Interest Rate//Proposal etc.

Note: Preference would be given to Construction/Real estate/Trading background.
