Major Works:

• Manage all Finance and Treasury related activities.
• Liaise with various Government Officials.
• Co-ordinate international financial institution, foreign investors and stakeholders.
• Responsible for negotiation with lenders for Loan Agreement.
• Responsible for fulfilling Conditions Precedent for achieving Financial Closure.
• Manage foreign currency and local currency payments
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining project budget and its execution.
• Review the financial aspects of local & international contracts.
• Other assignments as per Management’s instructions.

Requirements:

• CA or MBA or CFA with at least 10-15 years finance experience after graduation.
• Experience in project financing & Hydro-power project shall be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well versed in English.
• Excellent MS office skills in Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word.

Salary:

• Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
