Job Description

We’re Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Import Dealing Officer who can handle financial operations and manage the entire import process efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of international trade, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Request and compare quotations from various international suppliers.
Communicate and coordinate with foreign parties regarding imports.
Manage end-to-end processes for importing raw materials.
Prepare and process Letters of Credit (LCs) and related banking documentation.
Handle payments and coordinate with banks for timely transactions.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth import processes.
Perform accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
Generate and submit financial and import-related reports to management.
Carry out other finance and import-related tasks as assigned.
