We seek a driven and experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in driving our financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for all aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and treasury management. In this role, you will:

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal financial performance.

• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs such as revenue growth, profitability margins, cash flow, and customer acquisition cost to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.

• Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial regulations and standards compliance.
• Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and fintech, incorporating insights into strategic decision-making
• Liaison with NRB, Income tax department, and Internal & External Auditor.
