  • Preferably a Semi-qualified or a member of  ICAN, ICAI, ACCA or ACA, MBA in Finance
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Self-motivation and commitment
  • Proven working experience in Trading Company of Nepal will be required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (Busy or Tally)
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Prepare Projected Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
  • Monitor reserve accounts and short-term fund investments
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
