Job Description

  • Collect amounting documents and proper filing
  • Prepare accounting vouchers and entry in the accounting software 
  • Get the approval for petty expenses payments
  • Handing daily cash/bank payments
  • Update sales and purchase register for VAT return
  • Collection of petty cash expenses documents from service center, update and entries in the books
  • Preparation of MIS reports as on requirement basis
  • Go to bank, tax office and utilities bills deposits and collection of documents
  • Assist Senior for routine tasks
  • For purchase Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies
  • Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and
  • Improve effectiveness
  • Vendor development, procurement and executing annual contracting
