  • Computers Knowledge & can handle different Accounting Software and billing software
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting systems, preferably Tally

  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications with advanced excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
  • Fluency in written and vocal English language

Job Description

  • Reconcile the Bank Balance on daily Basis and update the Bank Reconciliaiton Sheet
  • Record the daily Sales and Daily Collection and prepare daily reporting summary
  • Liason with business personnel to track the collections and record those collections correctly.
  • Reconcile the Sales with billing software, tally, and Daily Reports
  • Keep track of receivables, reconcile the receivables and follow up regarding the collection of the receivables
  • Record the transactions in tally regarding Collections and Expenses and prepare reports
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead/HOD
