Job Description

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Oversee financial department employees
Supervise tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
Preparing MIS Reports, Stock Statement, Cash flow and various other Reports/Statements. Verifies the statements related to tax are accurate & filed on time and is compliant to the latest regulatory norms & policies.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take along with financial projection and analysis.
Maintain the financial health of the organization
Examines accounting records to detect areas of non-compliance and recommends improvement to organization's financial/accounting procedures.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances and co-ordinate with Bank
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
