Job Location: Kathmandu

Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in Accounting or Finance Function.

Professional Skill Required

  • Financial Management (knowledge of Digital Wallet’s Settlement & Operation would be an asset)
  • Budget Management
  • Financial Reporting (knowledge of Accounting Standards would be an asset)
  • Working Knowledge of Nepalese Taxation
  • Spreadsheet, Power-point and Word skills for analysis, reporting and presentation. 
  • Team Coordination Skill

Requirements

Job Details: Finance Controller is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Budget Monitoring & Reporting to the Chief Finance
  • Account Receivable and Payable Management
  • Tracking and monitoring costs regularly for achieving cost optimization
  • Lead Contact point for regular operational and settlement communication
  • Support Chief in handling internal and external audits
  • Oversee sub-ordinates and get execute the regular tasks from the team on timely basis
  • Co-ordinate with different departments for collecting annual budget requirements
  • Reviewing regular reconciliations and settlement reports for its due approval
  • Strictly follow company’s policies and regulatory Policies/Standards/Guidelines 
  • Report overall performance of Finance Department to Chief Finance 
  • Strict implementation of Approved Chart of Accounts for recording company’s transactions
  • Financial Report preparation including analytical reports as per guidance and instruction of the Chief Finance
  • Data collection for Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time
