Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our finance team. This role will
be instrumental in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and
maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will support the CFO in strategic financial
planning and help drive the company’s financial performance.

Reports To: CFO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets, and provide forecasting reports that align with business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flows, ensuring the company’s operational needs are met while optimizing cash resources.
  • Compliance Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare for audits, coordinating with external auditors as required.
  • Cost Management: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs across departments, focusing on maintaining profitability.
  • Inventory  Fixed Asset Oversight: Oversee asset management, including technology and equipment inventory, working closely with supply chain and operations teams.
  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain financial risk management policies and controls to protect the company’s assets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the ISP, NSP, or tech equipment trading sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
