Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Finance and Logistics Assistant to manage daily financial and logistics operations, including accounting, payments, procurement, suppliers, inventory, and transportation. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily finance and accounting activities, including invoices, payments, expenses, and records.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents using MS Excel.
Coordinate procurement, supplier payments, and related documentation.
Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock and material records.
Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and internal departments.
Maintain proper finance, procurement, and logistics documentation.
Perform other finance and logistics duties assigned by management.
