Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing both personal and business finances. The role involves budgeting, financial reporting, payments, and analysis while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth financial operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain records of the MD’s personal and business finances, including expenses, payments, and investments.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow summaries for both personal and company use.
  • Monitor accounts, handle reconciliations, and ensure timely bill settlements.
  • Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and banks for financial compliance and documentation.
  • Track and analyze spending patterns, investments, and returns.
  • Support the MD with financial planning, tax filing, and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and summaries for decision-making.
  • Oversee financial correspondence and maintain organized digital and physical records.
