Summary of Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for financial management at district level, provide assistance for daily field operations; provides logistic support; 40% time on field visits; support capacity building of the PNGO; provide financial and administrative support for the activities and works jointly with project team, local partners, Grant Coordinators, and the Sr. Manager Grants & Compliance in Kathmandu.
Educational Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor’s degree from valid college/university, equivalent in Business studies or other relevant field; minimum 3 years of experience National/International agencies/institutions; computer literate and proficient with automated and integrated accounting packages (FAMMS); familiar with financial & administrative management and internal control system; excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills and mentoring of staff partners and familiar with USAID compliance will be an advantage.
