Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance and Operations Manager to oversee the financial health and day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in financial planning, budgeting, operations strategy, compliance, and resource optimization to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

Develop and monitor financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and investment planning.
Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Operations:

Lead the day-to-day operational functions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate across departments (e.g., procurement, HR, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
