|The purpose of this assignment is to provide assistance to the Ministry of Education, Science & Technology (MOEST) to collect timely financial information from the various government levels in Nepal (federal, provincial, and local) and produce consolidated financial information for the education sector. Collection of the financial information will fulfil the Government of Nepal’s (GON) trimester reporting requirements, as well as other reporting requirements of MOEST. The assistance will be in the form of an Finance and Administrative Consultant (the “Consultant”) who is responsible for monthly reporting deliverables to PFMSP that detail the day-to-day assistance provided to PFMSP.
