Job Description

We are an Investment company. We collect investments from Investors in the form of Share Capital of our Company. The capital is used to invest in various companies in diverse sector with the objective of gaining maximum returns for our Investors and also help business become sustainable and profitable.

We are looking for a Junior Officer/Officer-Finance and Admin who can actively work towards achieving the company's goal.

Accounts:

  • Assist with daily accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of investment and bank account statements
  • Prepare and maintain each financial documents and records (vouchers, bills, receipts) and any other documents.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintaining proper record of shareholders and their investments.
  • Mainatining proper records of accounting transactions in TALLY Software.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents for audits.
  • Reconciliation of investments and maintaining records of investments made by the company
  • Reconcile bank statements and track accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process salary payments.
  • Submission to TDS to the Tax office as per the requirement.
  • Preparation of monthly reports and help preparing financial reports to the supervisor.
  • Any other works assigned by the supervisor

Administration:

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory of stationaries.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
  • Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for Human Resource, accounts, and operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and leave management.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, investors and other stakeholders whenever required.
