Roles and responsibilities of this job

The individual shall be majorly responsible for managing the Finance and Administration function of the company and be stationed in Kathmandu but will also, be responsible to assist the Farm Supervisor during the initial establishment phase including a frequent lengthy stay at the farm.

We are looking for an open-minded individuals with the enthusiasm to work in the agriculture sector and venture into different aspects of commercial farming are encouraged to apply, for deserving candidate minimum requirements on educational qualifications may be waived.

Desired Qualification:

Preferably MBA, Educational/Professional degree in Agriculture, Accounting, Finance will be an added advantage
At least 6 months to 1 Year of prior work experience in finance and administration functions and a proper understanding of maintaining books of accounts
Have ability to use computer applications like Microsoft Office and have above average skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must-Have:

Aptitude for learning beyond the current scope of work
Ability to take and give orders specific to any given task
Open to training and development programs specific to the agriculture sector
Enthusiasm to learn other aspects of the agriculture business including marketing and sales
