Job Description

  • Prepare Invoices, Purchase Orders and delivering in timely manner.
  • Payment deposit & Cash disburse.
  • All the task related to travelling.
  • NRB approval works.
  • IRD related works.
  • AR Collection (Use of Gavity Program).
  • Checking, Verification of Bills Payable, Preparation of Payment voucher and accounting with proper narration on daily basis.
  • Basic Accounting entries in ERP System.
  • Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & Bank books.
  • Regular Coordination and liaison with Banks from time to time.
  • Assist in monthly VAT return, TDS and other Tax compliances.
  • Preparation of documents for TT approval.
  • Process invoices, payments and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Assist Senior Account in day-to-day activities
  • Goods supply to & from BPO project sites - Optional
  • Office supplies goods purchase for office use - Optional
  • Supplier Registration (Vendor listing), deliver the agreement and project reports etc.

Optional

  • A Two-wheeler with a valid license is a must.
  • Should be a bachelor’s completed or running in commerce.
