Job Description

Formulating and submitting long term fiscal strategy, and operational objectives, strategies, policies, plans and programmes such as budget, cash flow, financial statements, salary and wage structures, etc for the Finance Division
Implementing financial strategies, policies, plans and programmes after obtaining necessary approval
Preparing annual financial plans and budgets as well as quarterly forecasts of the company and implementing them after obtaining necessary approval
Directing, supervising, monitoring and undertaking financial programmes and activities for the company
Preparing and submitting different proposals to maximize the utilization of financial resources and the maintenance of financial discipline
Assessing manpower and human resource development needs of the division
Preparing and ensuring the preparation of periodic financial statements, reports and documents for internal and external purposes for the management
Ensuring periodic internal and statutory audits as well as tax audit by external auditors as per the company policy
Ensuring the smooth operation of bank and cash accounts as well as other liquid assets
Undertaking budgetary control measures and proper fund flow management
Making appropriate suggestions to the management in order to meet financial requirements of the company and to monitor the administration and repayment of loans
Suggesting for capital investments after having undertaken adequate financial analysis and making appropriate arrangements for such investments
Recommending the appointment and cancellation of external financial auditor
